HR Support – HR Administration Service that includes offer letters, terms and conditions of employment, Probation Documentation, Letters for Disciplinaries, Letters for Grievances, Absence Management, Letters for Maternity, Paternity, Parental or Adoption Leave; Return to Work Documentation, Contract Changes and Leavers Documentation, Exit Interviews and Letters for Salary Reviews.
HR Software – Online HR system for you and your employees including self-service for booking holidays and notification of absences and access to all online documentation such as employee electronic files and policies and procedures. Monthly management information.
Employee Relations – Provides a remote Employee Relations Helpline 9am – 5pm excluding bank holidays. Managing the employment relationship rests heavily on the shoulders of you and your Line Managers, we will help you to embrace the relationship with your employees and equip you to manage your employees effectively and efficiently. We provide remote support for day to day employee issues and queries, employee performance, employee capability, employee motivation and employee retention.
