Your Programme

This 4 week programme is a blend of interactive webinars and 1:1 sessions, allowing for personal reflection and collective team development. This is all grounded in the globally renowned Clarity 4D personality profile, which helps people to better understand and motivate themselves and others and diffuse potential conflict in relationships by building awareness of others’ styles. In more detail:

 

· STAGE 1: participants complete the online Clarity 4D personality profile;

· STAGE 2: interactive team webinar, exploring group dynamics and how we can best communicate with each other to meet team and individual goals;

· STAGE 3:  3x 1-hour coaching sessions with one of our professional coaches. Participants might choose to reflect further on their personal profile, or discuss other relevant topics such as maintaining well-being and building resilience, personal productivity, home working, managing remote relationships. (with coaching sessions taking place every 7-10 days) ;

· STAGE 4: interactive team webinar where we will review progress, deal with any new challenges or issues that have arisen, deliver input on any core topics that have been identified throughout the process, and identify next steps;
